I don't even know what day it is, I've been on P2 so long...

I've been doing this for 2 months now & I just really got serious. I had alot go on in the last few months. Mainly my uncle fell & broke his neck & then a month later he died. Needless to say the diet went out of the window as I'm an emotional eater.

So for the last week or 2 I've been on the raw protocol. However, I'm facing a serious plateau so I've been doing raw vegan one day & an apple day the next. I'm down to 127.6 & am 9.6 away from my goal weight of 118.

With the way my weightloss is going, I will probably be on P2 at least until the end of this month. Part of me has just wanted to quit & give up but I refuse to. I will stay the course & see 118 on the scale.

I've gone from a 33.5 waist to a 28 waist. However, I've only lost 1.5 in my thighs & 1 inch in my hips. My thighs & hips are very hCG resistant.

Well I just wanted to update for anyone who's actually still following. I still say hCG is the best way to lose weight if you have the willpower to do the diet. Stay tuned for my final reveal!

Day 5 (3rd day VLCD)

Weigh-in: 141.4 - down another 2 - woohoo!!!

I'm not getting too excited about this weightloss. I think the weight will melt off until I get down to 135 & then it will slow up. 135 is my hump. However, my strategy is to switch to raw vegan when I start slowing up. I'm thinking that the raw vegan protocol will give me a 2nd wind, so-to-speak.

Oh before I forget, I did cheat last night with about 20 organic sea salted almonds. I had to go to the grocery store late last night & I was starving & I ripped open the bag while shopping. :/ However, God is good! They didn't affect me negatively.

I haven't been mentioning my water intake b/c water is kinda no-brainer for me. When I get up in the morning I drink 32 oz. while driving my son to school. Then for lunch I have another 32 oz. - that's my mandatory 8 right there. Then I have another 32 for dinner & usually another 32 before bed. So for the most part I'm drinking 3/4 - 1 gallon of water per day.

Today has been blah. I stayed in bed until around 2. I got up & had about 4 almonds just to take the edge off my starvation. Then I made myself some hCG chili. I used 4.2 oz of ground beef vs. the 100g/3.5 oz. portion. I used chicken broth, a 4 oz roma tomato, chili powder & other seasonings to taste. It was great & filling (for a few minutes). I also had a Grissini rosemary breadstick - okay I lied I had 2. They are sooo good & sooo skinny. But only 1 gram of carb & 1.5 g of fat per 9 breadsticks. So 2 cost me 24 calories. I had an apple for my snack.

Because I've gone overboard with the ground beef & it's only 85% lean, I only have a small amount of calories left for the day. If I eat my full portion of fish, I will be 5 calories over. I think I'm going to get on the treadmill to work off a few calories so I can have some lettuce with my dinner.

Days 3&4 - 1st two days of VLCD

Day 3 Weigh-in: 144.4 - down .2
Day 4 Weigh-in: 143.4 - down 1.0

Nothing spectacular to report. Yesterday & today my menu has been the exact same.

No breakfast

Lunch - Chicken & Iceberg Lettuce w/Lemon Juice as the dressing

Dinner - 85% Lean Burger w/Sauteed Onions

Snacks - 1 apple after lunch & some strawberries after dinner

This diet is boring more than anything. But I'm focused for now. I do feel a little hungry even though I just had dinner but it's almost time for my hCG.

Day 2 (2nd Load Day) (Round 3)

Weigh-in: 144.6 - down exactly 2 pounds

I was very surprised that I lost. I really pigged out on yesterday. I ate ice cream for breakfast, lunch & dinner. I had 3 or 4 pieces of pound cake. I had potato chips & dip. I was trying to eat everything in sight. I also had 2 tacos for dinner.

Today I didn't do as well as yesterday. I had Pringles, Sun Chips & Goldfish. I ate the rest of the vanilla ice cream. I had more chips & dip. I ate an entire box of Thai noodles. I had 2 dinner rolls. That's all I can think of right now.

I'm looking forward to transitioning to the low-calorie. I'm a little strapped for cash & don't have a blender. I will start off doing a regular carnivore diet. Then next week I'm going to purchase a blender & switch to the raw vegan protocol. In the past, the raw vegan protocol gave me the best results.

It's 1:10 a.m. & I'm still up. The thing I will really have to work on is getting in the bed at a decent hour. For me that's more challenging than eating a low calorie diet. I'm a major insomniac.

I'm Back!!!! Day 1 - Loading (Round 3)

Hi all. I failed round 2 miserably. I didn't complete it properly. Then my family lost our home to a flood & I'm a depressed eater & things just got out of control. I just weighed in this morning & I am a sad 146.6 - I've gained almost all of my weight lost with hCG back. :(

I'm not discouraged, though, because I know hCG works & before I just completely went off the lamb I was able to maintain between 140 & 142 with no problem. Just recently have I started gaining without a limit & I know why.

I will be trying some exercise this time around. Not really committing to alot but I will try & get some cardio/strength training in weekly.

I will have to look back at my weight loss ticker to see what my goal was last time. This time I would like to stay on hCG until I see 118. Why 118, you may ask. Because I've found that 7 is the normal gain back with hCG for me as well as others. My true goal is 125 but if I go 7 under my goal then I'll feel safe as far as possible gain back is concerned.

So far I've started my day off with 2 egg whites & 2 pieces of bacon. I've also had a big bowl of Blue Bell vanilla ice cream with Betty Crocker sprinkles. I'm going to eat as much ice cream as possible to pack on the fat for these load days. I just dread the weight gain that will probably come with it. Ugh...

I'm going to try & post a video of what I look like now. I have on my goal bathing suit. I'm going on a trip in June to Puerto Rico & I want to be able to wear this suit. Yes, I know I look disgusting & this video should be titled, "What Not to Look Like in a Bathing Suit." LOL

Well for all of you that are still subscribing, I do hope that your weight loss has been going better than mine. Hopefully this will be my third & final round on hCG. Toodles...

Day 25- Phase 2 hCG (Round 2)

Weigh-in: 132 - up 0.2 - guess the little bit of cheese I had on my salad last night hurt me.

Munched on some strawberries & nuts during the day.

Had 2 burgers & a salad with romaine, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, another "little bit" of cheese & fat free balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

That was not a good dinner so I expect a gain tomorrow morning. :-(
